Dr Sherylle Calder developed the software from years of coaching visual performance skills to elite athletes all over the world, the All Black, Springbok and England rugby teams for example. The technology has applications in various fields. The schools programme has helped pupils improve their eye-hand co-ordination, concentration and academic results.
